Before founding HR Spectrum, Renata worked as senior manager for international corporations. In her specialisation she focuses mainly on executive search at a global level with specific focus on European markets. Together with her clients she identifies the most suitable candidate for a given role. As part of her specialisation, she also develops client training plans.

In her previous positions, Andrea was an HR Manager for international companies. Her expertise is in development and growth of strategic partnerships and direct executive search. Andrea also structures additional services for clients including HR advisory, salary analysis, conference organisation and in-house training.

HR Spectrum provides full-service human resources consulting. This includes analyses and guidance on managing legal requirements, changes in the marketplace, employee education, and personal development activities. Consulting for individual candidates also includes specific mentoring and coaching

Assessment

We deliver to our clients and candidates a wide range of assessment tools as are AC/DC, 360 °Look-around or effective on-line evaluation tool named Mental Scan.

Conferences

HR Spectrum supports and participates in a variety of conferences and events. Throughout the year, we keep clients and candidates updated on our partnership conferences and workshops.

We are also part of the organizing committee for the highly successful “Career Restart“ conference. The goal of this event is to connect, inspire and motivate people with personal stories, new ideas and knowledge.
